Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. After 30 days, store credit will be issued.
Final sale items, swimwear, and underwear are not eligible for returns.
How to Return Your Order

Email us at support@twoboulevard.com with your order number and reason for return

We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24–48 hours

Drop off your package at any Canada Post location

Once received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
A $5 CAD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, simply return your original order and place a new one for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something wrong or damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@twoboulevard.com and we'll make it right immediately.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, we'll issue store credit upon return. Please include the order number of the person who purchased it.
Price Adjustments
We offer one-time price adjustments within 7 days of your purchase if an item goes on sale.
